Sony Using ... MP3?September 23, 2004 - 11:51am
I don’t enjoy abusing the phrase “hell froze over” but so many things lately require it. Case in point: Sony is planning on making a music player that doesn’t use ATRAC3 but, instead, uses an industry standard (a first for them!) which means they’ll be compatible with other companies (another first!). I’m in shock.
